Shipping policy
Dinnerware
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California, USA.
We aim to ship your items out same day of receiving your order ( work days only, orders must be received before 1:30 PM PST ). You will be contacted if for any reason part or all of your order cannot be fulfilled within this time with an expected delivery date.
Shipping method and rate
Lower 48 states :
UPS or Fedex, ground shipping. Arrives in 3–5 business days.
We charge shipping cost by box, the first one will be $20, $8 for each additional one.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
UPS or Fedex, air shipping. Arrives in 3–5 business days.
We charge shipping cost by box, the first one will be $85, $40 for each additional one.
Canada
DHL, express shipping. Arrives in 1–2 business days.
We charge shipping cost by box, the first one will be $89, $49 for each additional one.
Artist's works and Deco
All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Quebec, Canada.
Shipping method and rate will be vary as those items have very different weight and dimension, please send us an email to get a quotation for the item you are interested in.
Return policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can us as info@pangu.ca within 30 working days of receiving the goods to arrange to return them and receive a full refund of the purchase price less delivery charges.
If the return is due to an error on our part or the goods were faulty, we will of course reimburse you for the return postage and refund the original delivery charges as well as the purchase price of the goods.
However if you are returning the goods for any other reason, you will be required to pay the original and return delivery charges, as we will only refund the original payment for the goods. If an order has shipped and delivery refused due to no fault of ours, you will be required to pay any freight charges.
To return the goods, please contact us at info@pangu.ca and request a Return Authorization number.
We will advise you on how to return the goods, so that they reach us speedily and safely. Once product is received, Please allow 2 - 3 dayss for processing.
